Our full-service remodel and construction package guides you from conceptual design to move-in day, ensuring every detail is thoughtful and cohesive. Includes mood boards, 3D renderings, space planning, custom millwork, construction drawings, material sourcing, paint selection, and on-site project management.
02 · Home Furnishing
We elevate your home through new furniture, décor, lighting, and surface selections. We’ll help you visualize everything with mood boards and renderings, then source and install each piece to bring the design to life. Whether you’re filling a newly built space or updating a beloved older home, the result feels layered, intentional, and completely you.
03 · Procurement & Storage
Ordering, tracking, and receiving furnishings can be a full-time job. Our team handles every piece of the procurement process, placing orders, managing vendors, tracking deliveries, inspecting goods, and coordinating white-glove installation. We keep everything organized, stored safely, and ready for install day, so your project finishes beautifully and without chaos.

We start with mood boards and color palettes that reflect the character of your home and the rhythm of your life. From space planning to cabinetry, 3D renderings to custom millwork, we bring every detail to life, prioritizing original charm while introducing modern functionality.
Once you approve the design, we manage all purchasing and logistics, coordinating orders, tracking deliveries, and storing everything at our Goleta warehouse until it’s ready for installation.
We work hand-in-hand with your General Contractor so construction reflects the design and timeline. We create detailed construction drawings, coordinate site visits, and advocate on your behalf, protecting the design and your peace of mind.
From vintage rugs to custom upholstery, we bring in the layers that make your house feel like home, making the beds, hanging the art, steaming the drapes, so your move-in moment is as magical as the home itself.
