Full Service Design
We know that construction can be stressful! Our full-service remodel & construction package is designed to remove as much of that stress as possible. We will jump into the process with you from the start, from conceptual designs through the construction process, all the way to move in day! This package includes the whole shebang...3D renderings, space planning, custom millwork design, construction drawings, material sourcing and procurement, paint selection, on-site project management and furnishing selection & install.
Home Furnishing
Want to transform your space, but not up for a huge construction project? We can help you reimagine your home with new furniture, decor, paint and hard surfaces (like flooring, countertops and tile). We will help you visualize your new space with renderings, mock ups and material boards. Once you are in love with the design, we will source your furniture & materials and manage the installation and styling of your space.
Procurement & Storage
The procurement process (ordering, tracking & receiving) is not for the faint of heart. Luckily, we've done this about a thousand times before! We will take it all off your plate, managing the entire ordering process. We will communicate with vendors, place the orders, track all of the shipments, receive, inspect & assemble them, and even store them in our Goleta warehouse until we are ready for install. You won't have to do a thing!

The Process
PHASE I
Consultation & Fact Finding
We'll dig deep to find out how we can best meet your design goals. We'll learn about your life & what makes you happy, how you want to live in your space, what your aesthetic is (even if you can't describe it in words!), what inspires you and the vibe you're going for. We'll then get all of the measurements, dimensions and details we need to create your detailed design plans, set a budget & timeline and jump into the design process!
PHASE II
Design
We'll start by creating mood boards & color palettes to capture the overall aesthetic and vibe of the home. From there, we will dive into space planning - creating layouts of each room to make sure everything flows. We'll move the design into 3D, design any custom millwork and cabinetry, source plumbing and light fixtures and build out material and color boards so you can touch and feel everything. We'll source furniture and create mock-ups of each room so you can visualize the end result, and we'll package everything up into a design presentation so you can see the whole picture.
PHASE III
Material Procurement
Once the design is approved, we'll move on to the procurement phase. We'll confirm all quantities & square footages, communicate with our vendors & place purchase orders. All of the orders will be tracked, and you'll have access to our online portal where you can keep an eye on the current status of your orders in real time. We will schedule all the deliveries, receive them at our Goleta warehouse and inspect everything that comes in to make sure it's correct and undamaged. We'll store all of your materials in your dedicated area of our warehouse until we're ready to install them.
PHASE IV
Construction Management
Without proper preparation, construction projects can go off the rails quickly. We will create all of the construction drawings and detailed specifications that the General Contractor needs to move through the process without delays, and we'll make sure that all the materials are where they need to be, when they need to be there. But even with preparation, it's impossible to predict everything that's going to happen during a construction project, so we will be on hand throughout the entire process. We will work hand-in-hand with the General Contractor and Architect to problem solve and ensure the integrity of the design. Whether through site visits, phone calls or email, we'll be your advocate always. And if we need to make changes to the design, we'll quickly and efficiently get the revisions to you for approval so the project timelines remain intact.
PHASE V
Furnishing
At last, construction is finished, and your home is ready for move-in! But, where's all the beautiful furniture? When you work with us, you will rest assured that when the house is ready, the furniture won't be far behind. We have been working on procuring all of your furniture throughout the entire process. We have coordinated with vendors, planned for long lead times, placed purchase orders and have received and stored everything at our warehouse in Goleta in preparation for move-in day. When the big day arrives, it's all hands on deck, and we'll bring our whole team to make sure the install goes smoothly. We'll make the beds, style the shelves, steam the drapes, hang the art -everything! When we're finished, you get to have your HGTV moment, walking through your new space for the first time and letting it sink in that this is home.
